System Requirements
The following operating systems are supported:
Windows 8 and 8.1 Pro (both 32 and 64-bit versions)
Windows 10 and 11 (both 32 and 64-bit versions)
Note: Spanish operating systems are supported.

Hardware requirements:
1.Minimum: 4GB RAM, 20 GB of available hard drive space, at least an Intel Core i3 processor and minimum of a 1024×768 sized monitor
2.Recommended: 8GB RAM, 20 GB of available hard drive space, Intel Core i5 processor
3.USB port for DLA+ 2.0 adapter or other RP1210C-compliant vehicle adapter
4.Noregon recommends using a Panasonic Toughbook, but JPRO will work on any current PC running Windows 8, Windows 10, or Windows 11
5.Only the Noregon® DLA+ 2.0, DLA+ 2.0 Wireless, Trailer Diagnostic Adapter, DLA+, DLA+ Wireless, and DLA+ PLC adapters are supported.

Note: Ensure your Noregon adapter driver and firmware is up to date

JPRO software requires a compatible Windows-based PC, laptop, or tablet, a Noregon RP1210C compliant adapter, and the appropriate cable that connects the computer to the vehicle’s OBD-II, 9-pin, or 6-pin port.

- For the appropriate vehicle adapter driver must be installed in order to connect to an adapter device. This installation is separate and independent of the JPRO Commercial Vehicle Diagnostics installation.

- To connect to Ford, use the OBD-II cable for Ford (red).
- To connect to GM, use the OBD-II cable for GM (yellow).
- To connect to Sprinter, use the OBD-II cable for Sprinter (Blue for DLA+ adapter family and Gray for the DLA+ 2.0 adapter family).
- To connect to Hino or Isuzu use the generic OBD-II cable (Blue or Gray).
- The JPRO Off-Highway for Caterpillar only supports the following adapters and cables:

Noregon® Releases JPRO Professional 2024 v3 Software Update
The latest JPRO Professional software update highlights the following:
Additional engine support for International and PACCAR engines, such as comprehensive bi-directional support for the International GHG17 A26, and cylinder compression testing for PACCAR’s GHG17-GHG21 MX engines.

Caterpillar off-highway equipment owners will also benefit from the update, as JPRO now supports an additional 486 models.   This expanded support enables JPRO to read proprietary diagnostic fault codes, event codes, data, and perform bi-directional functions.

Furthermore, JPRO has extended its compatibility to include 30 new OEs and 600 models of Cummins-powered off-highway equipment.   This integration allows JPRO to provide proprietary diagnostic fault codes, event codes, data, and bi-directional tests.

Proprietary support and bi-directional tests for GM vehicles with 6.6L (L8T) engines have also been added.   Along with the highlight of Bendix Brakes, including many new Bi-directional tests for Bendix Trailer Brake Systems and Bendix Driver Assistance Systems.

The 2024 v3 JPRO update even offers features such as the ability to launch OEM component diagnostic applications directly from the Software Connection Warnings dialog when an ECU update is available for supported OEs

FEATURE UPDATES
Noregon's JPRO Professional Update includes enhanced off-highway support and expanded OEM coverage with bidirectional tests for Detroit engines and Detroit Assurance, along with new Bendix features like estimating brake wear life for pads and rotors.  There is also a new virtual connection, similar to Virtual Truck, where technicians can simulate diagnostics on off-highway equipment.  Additionally, the update brings new bidirectional tests for Komatsu equipment, including cylinder cut-out, DPF service regen, fuel injector performance, fuel leakage, and more.
